PATRIOTlink® is owned and operated by the Code of Support Foundation.
The Code of Support Foundation (COSF) is a 501c(3) non-profit founded in 2011 to address the critical need for comprehensive support for military and veteran families. Recognizing the struggles and complexities these families face, COSF was established to provide wrap-around and direct case management services for those at risk of suicide and other negative outcomes. The vision of COSF is to unite civilian America, military America, and support organizations to strengthen the health of our nation, ensuring that our service members, veterans, and their families share in the quality of life they have earned and that all Americans deserve.
COSF offers a range of programs designed to address the unique needs of veterans and their families, including:
- Case Coordination Program: Providing personalized assistance to connect veterans with the resources they need.
- PATRIOTlink®: A free, online resource database tailored specifically for service members, veterans, and their families.
- Outreach and Engagement: Building awareness and fostering community support through events and initiatives.
