PATRIOTlink®, a Service of Code of Support Foundation, is designed to connect individuals and families in the military-veteran community to the resources that would provide the support and assistance needed at any time, any place.
There are tens of thousands of nonprofits and thousands of local and federal government entities within the military-veteran support space. Filled with the fragmentation of effort and duplication of services, PATRIOTlink® stands in the gap to scale coordination efforts beyond its walls, empowering all who are affiliated with the military-veteran community to quickly identify and access the resources they need to achieve a better quality of life.
PATRIOTlink® facts:
- Enables any user free access to direct, low to no-cost, military-veteran services
- Each organization is tagged not just by the service(s) provided, but also by eligibility criteria – allowing for a more targeted and efficient search
The goal of PATRIOTlink® verification is to ensure data integrity through automated verification and quality assurance of programs and services by the PATRIOTlink® team. The platform includes navigation that is intuitive to the user and offers to locate resources that include detailed yet concise information effectively. In order for any organization to be qualified for PATRIOTlink® they must meet the following requirements:
- Provide a direct and low, to no-cost service (i.e. legal, mental health, retreats)
- Be fiscally responsible and financially transparent (i.e. 990)
- Be responsive when contacted by phone and/or email
What makes PATRIOTlink® different?
PATRIOTlink®’s process ensures that each profile represents a program's services provided, and resources tagged based on eligibility criteria to include, service era, a disability rating, discharge status, and geographic coverage. This search criterion allows any user to receive results that are targeted, specific and geared toward what the user qualifies for, significantly reducing the amount of time it takes to find the specific assistance a user needs.
